The Maintenance Superintendents Association (MSA) is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of the public. This is accomplished by fostering the dissemination of knowledge and experience pertaining to the operation and maintenance of public facilities among it’s membership.
The North Central Valley Chapter of the MSA was founded in 1966 in Sacramento, California.
Our Mission Statement: The Maintenance Superintendents Association is supported by a membership comprised of Mid Management Municipal, County, State and Special District employees who are responsible for, and dedicated to the cost effective maintenance of the Public infrastructure, and the commercial entrepreneurs who supply them with the equipment, materials and technical support to carry out this vital mission. The Association is also dedicated to the ongoing education of its members and the dissemination of available safety procedures.
